2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service at support@spineups.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the product was defective or incorrect).
