1. Return Eligibility

  • You may return any item within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service at support@spineups.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the product was defective or incorrect).

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
